This advice conference is for anyone who is considering obtaining, has, or has been named in, a family violence order such as an Intervention Order (in Victoria) or an ADVO (in NSW).

We take the time to understand the context surrounding the order, or why it is required, and to provide advice on what the order means.  We can then provide you with advice about Court process, how to improve your chances on the day (whether it is to have the order made, or if you are trying to stop it being made), and how to have an order varied once it is in place.
